In context

This is my new earring set in the context of my ear... I have a new torch that works better than any of my previous torches. It fused the PMC in no time!

Earrings

This are my newest earrings, made by casting a shell. In the picture there is no way to understand the scale, so I will photograph them again in context...

Earring galore!

An avant-garde pair of finger earrings made out of .999 silver, these are strange and unique, I love how they turned out.

Two pairs using milagro stabbed hearts from Mexico, I put a light black patina in these so that they would look oxidized.

Milagro hand and leg from Mexico, also patinated. The top bead is a pyrite and the ribbon is fair trade sari silk from Nepal.

These are small hearts with eyes on them. I designed these in polymer clay first. I like the results, but I think I am going to polish the design so that it looks less rustic.

Mysticism

Mysticism (from the Greek μυστικός, mystikos, an initiate of a mystery religion) is the pursuit of communion with, identity with, or conscious awareness of an ultimate reality, divinity, spiritual truth, or God through direct experience, intuition, instinct or insight.

Nullification and absorption within God's Infinite Light (Hassidic schools of Judaism)
Deep intrinsic connection to ultimate reality (Satori in Mahayana Buddhism, Te in Taoism)
Union with God (Henosis in Neoplatonism and Brahma-Prapti or Brahma-Nirvana in Hinduism, fana in Sufism)
Theosis or Divinization, union with God and a participation of the divine nature (in Catholic Christianity and Eastern Orthodoxy)
Innate Knowledge, (Irfan and Sufism in Islam)
Experience of one's true blissful nature (Samadhi Svarupa-Avirbhava in Hinduism and Buddhism)
Seeing the Light, or "that of God", in everyone (Hinduism, Quakerism)
The Love of God (Hinduism, Baha'i Faith, Christianity, Islam)

Enlightenment or Illumination are generic English terms for the phenomenon, derived from the Latin illuminatio (applied to Christian prayer in the 15th century) and adopted in English translations of Buddhist texts, but used loosely to describe the state of mystical attainment regardless of faith. Entheogens have been traditionally used by many from various religions and cultures throughout the majority of every region of the world to help assist one with Mysticism.
