I forgot to mention that I am taking an organic casting class this fall, it is part of the continuing studies at the Vancouver School Board, and it is about making casts of organic materials - leaves, pine cones, liken and the such - to make them into sterling silver. It is loads of fun.
This interesting piece was commissioned to me by Irene, a nice lady from China who has bought quite a few of my pieces. I like how it turned out.
